Our aim is to be no. 1 in ice hockey off season training in the world. We have worked closely for years with world champions and NHL first round picks among hundreds of other players around the world.
There is no similar way of training in the world. Our own developed injury prevention program is aiming to make you more flexible, stronger and injury free so you can have long and successful career. Endurance, strength and speed training is always individualized by high level of test protocols. All the programs are based on the best scientific research one can find and the years of experience of the spesific needs of the ice hockey players.
The daily effort level and safety of training is optimized by the head coach of Revolution Training, former goal keeper, two times world champion of aerobic gymnastics, published author, developer of training programs and the coach of world champions in many different sports Jouni Viitanen.
We test, build individualized programs, check nutritioning guidelines and work with the players in mini groups in day to day training sessions. You only need to dream, work and achieve!
